Step into a transformative 5-day retreat designed to reconnect you with your body, intuition, and inner rhythm. Sadhana is your personal practice—a ritual of devotion that anchors you in a world that often pulls you in every direction. Through movement, rest, creativity, and community, this retreat gently guides you home to yourself.
Set along the wild and beautiful Cache la Poudre River, the land becomes our co-facilitator: spacious, raw, and alive. The retreat rhythm supports nervous system regulation, grounding, and emotional clarity—all while giving you space to rest, be nourished, and play.
What to Expect
Each day is designed with intention and spaciousness:
Morning movement & meditation

Midday offerings — cooking class, journaling, nature-based ritual
